    SGI-Canada members in Vancouver celebrate founding day with Minister Dhaliwal
    On July 1, Canadian citizens celebrated the 135th anniversary of Canada's National Foundation Day. This year, SGI-Canada members participated in an anniversary event at the Sunset Community Center in Vancouver City, British Columbia. Canada's Natural Resource Department Minister Herb Dhaliwal attended as guest. In addition to the SGI-Canada chorus group singing the national anthem. The brass band, fife and drum corps and a taiko (Japanese drum) group also performed.
